Congratulations to divers Isabelle Fraga, Makayla Barnes, Faith Davis, and Nya Lowery for completing their first dive meet!

We had quite a few personal bests tonight, 10 to be exact. That's about a third of the divers in the meet. Amazing! So in addition to the divers named above, I wanted to give a shout out to Christopher Barron, Jackie Colwill, Kate Gainer, and Katie Wilson. Keep up the hard work.

Thank you to all the volunteers and parents who came out. We couldn't have our meets with out you.

FYI, our makeup meet at Dunn Loring will be this Thursday, July 11 at 6:00pm with warm-ups will be at 5:00pm.  I will send this lineup out tomorrow.

Go Frogs!
