2026 Frogs Dive Coaches
Our head dive coach, Kenny McAdoo, is a WVU graduate with a degree in Multidisciplinary studies. He dove for WVU as a D-1 athlete, for Patriot Dive Club, and as an NVSL All-Star diver. Kenny dove for the Fairfax Frogs for 11 years, and considers Fairfax Swimming Pool his home. This will be his 23rd year as the dive coach for the Frogs! Additionally, he was the dive coach for Fairfax High School for 15 years. He also coaches the Nova Meteors divers at GMU. Kenny continues to keep the Frogs’ summers safe, competitive, and lots of fun! Fun Fact about Coach Kenny – he is also a licensed Real Estate agent!

Christian just completed his Junior year at GMU, where he is a member of the Patriot dive team and competed in Zones this season. He was a diver at Fairfax High School for 4 years and dove with the Frogs for 3 seasons. This will be Christian's 5th year coaching the Frogs.
Cody will be coaching the Frogs for his second year this summer. This will be his 4th season diving with the Frogs. Cody is a Fairfax High School senior, where he has been diving since he was a freshman. He recently competed in the State High School Championship where he placed 2nd and earned All-America Diving consideration status. Cody also dives with Dominion Dive Club year round. Cody will be studying and diving at WVU in the fall.

Alexa Haynie will be starting her 5th year as a Frog dive coach. She was a Fairfax Frog swimmer and diver since she was 5 years old and was also a member of the Robinson Secondary School Dive team. Alexa has competed in many All-Star competitions. She has just finished her sophomore year at the University of Georgia.
